Roofing questions
How long should a new roof last?
A natural slate roof correctly installed will typically last 80 to 100 years, concrete tile 50 to 60 years, and modern EPDM or GRP flat roofing 25 to 30 years.
Can you repair rather than replace my roof?
Often yes. If the timbers and majority of the coverings are sound we will quote a targeted repair instead of a full re-roof.
Do you work in bad weather?
Roofs are opened up in workable weather only, and are made temporarily watertight at the end of every day.
